BIBLIOGRAPHY :

The increased cholesterol concentration in the hair follicles, which are in a telogen phase, is responsible for preventing the follicular transition to regeneration, ultimately inhibiting hair growth in androgenetic alopecia (3, 4, 5, 6).

The combination of the components Polysorbate-60 and Polysorbate-80 has been shown to increase the removal of cholesterol and, by extension, the androgenic steroid hormones from the capillary, modifying the transfer of these substances from the cell membrane (1, 2, 3, 4). .

Clinical trials, with material men and women aged 17-64 years, suffering from androgenetic alopecia and treated locally for 6 months with a preparation containing Polysorbate-60 & Polysorbate-80 showed:

* Significant improvement in hair growth in 78% of volunteers with androgenetic alopecia dating from 1-3 years.

* Significant improvement in hair growth in 43% of volunteers with androgenetic alopecia dating back over 5 years.

* Impressive reduction of increased seborrhea in the scalp in 93% of volunteers.

* Excellent tolerance to 95% of volunteers.
