TEARS NATURALE II contains the DUASORB system consisting of two water soluble polymers:
1. DEXTRAN 70
2. HYPROMELLOSE
This system mixed with existing tears promotes corneal wetting by correcting for both aqueous and mucosal layer defect of the tear membrane. TEARS NATURALE® II has a surface tension and viscosity similar to normal tears.
The above properties, combined with its mucin-like action, allow the tear membrane cleavage time (BUT) to be reset to physiological frames (15-25 seconds).
Lastly, the nasal secretion time of the Hypromellose polymer has been shown to be much longer than that of other excipients, which allows for prolonged action on the ocular surface.

- Only for topical ophthalmic use.
If eye pain, vision change, persistent irritation and redness of eyes occur. If the condition worsens or lasts more than 72 hours, stop using the medicine and consult your doctor.
If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy do not use it.

Do not use after the expiry date which is stated on the carton and the vial.
One month after discard any remaining vial opening.
